Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods, holidays, or unexpected delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment requirements. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as guidelines only.
Typical delivery windows:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 2-4 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.
Some items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any additional shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are:

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or stolen:
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number

- We will work with you to investigate and find a solution
Please allow reasonable time for carriers to update tracking information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. You may cancel or update your order within 24-48 hours of placing it. Please email contact@aurodrop.com with your order number.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipping.
