Returns & Refunds Overview
At AuroDrop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Because we work with trusted third‑party fulfillment partners, our return process is slightly different from traditional retail stores. All return requests must be approved by our support team before any item is sent back.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Some items may have shorter return windows due to supplier policies. We’ll always do our best to help, but we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after delivery.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@aurodrop.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Please do not send any items back to us or to the supplier without approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the correct return instructions based on the product and supplier.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The return must be approved by our support team
Some suppliers may have additional requirements, which we will communicate during the return process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund
This process is fast and prioritized.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, including:
- Personal care items
- Beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we’ll clarify.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed by our fulfillment partner, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund
